I love the simplicity in black and white combinations. Sometimes, it’s fun to take it to the next level by playing with different textures to give it a little more edge and contrast. In this case, I love the smooth and sleekness from the pencil tube skirt paired with the textured top. One sleek and smooth, while the other rough and textured. It’s kinda cool, don’t ya think?? That’s what I love about fashion. There are no set rules. You just make it work. This look is classic and tres chic. I feel like such an adult! Oh wait, I am one:)
If you follow me on instagram you may notice that I dyed my hair back to black. My hair is currently black but my blog posts will not reflect that. Apparently, I don’t work as a blonde! Sticking back to my Asian roots gets me more work. And that’s what I gotta do....so Asian it is! I constantly joke to my friends and castings, “Hey look, I’m back to Asian!” As if I wasn’t before;) Since dying my hair back in February (over 2 months ago!) I’ve been booking jobs left and right and been so busy that all my posts are pushed behind. Story of my life again. I have some posts from last year that still need to be published. Basically #FML. I’m terrible at blogging. Haven’t you noticed? I swear I will catch up...said no one ever;) xx jt
